Los Angeles-based mixed-media artist with a passion for conceptual projects and collaborative creativity. Over the past four years, I’ve worked professionally in design and illustration, crafting logos, posters, and material-based art while blending traditional and digital techniques.
At heart, I’m a painter and a energetic creative explorer—always learning, experimenting, and embracing new skills, mediums, and challenges. Beyond design and illustration, I’m a lifelong student, drawing inspiration from everyday moments and extraordinary adventures. Many years ago, Joyce needed an artist name to distinguish art vs. life.
So Joyce reached out to her a lifetime friend and came up with a similar sounding name from her initials (J.C). Came from many trials and thinking!
